On Instagram, you can't see at a glance all the posts you've ever liked and given a heart to. Still, there will come a time when you'd like to find a picture or video you've given a Like to again.
Regardless of whether you use the iOS or Android app, follow these steps to find your photos and videos you thought were good on Instagram:

1. Open the Instagram app on your smartphone.
2. Go to your profile picture at the bottom right, and then click the three-bar icon at the top right.
3. Next, select "your activity" and then "interactions".
4. You can now select "Like" to see all the content you've tagged with "Like" at some point.
You can use "Sort & Filter" to change how the Likes are displayed. For example, select "Oldest to newest" to see older posts first. You can also use a date range to narrow down which Likes are displayed.
