The Samsung Galaxy S22, S22+ and S22 Ultra can all be operated with a nano Sim card. Despite eSim, the Sim card is still used by most users. That's why you have to insert it into the new smartphone before using it for the first time.
If you want to know how to insert and also remove the sim card on the Samsung Galaxy S22 series, then we would like to explain how it works here:
Insert sim card on the Samsung Galaxy S22, S22+ and S22 Ultra
To insert the SIM card into the smartphone, you need to know where the sim card slot is located. You also need the Sim pin, which is included with the S22 in the delivery accessories.
The SIM card compartment is located on the outer frame.
- Samsung Galaxy S22 or S22+: Here, the SIM card compartment is located to the left of the charging port.
- Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra; Here, find the SIM card tray to the right of the USB-C charging port. Note: There are two similar sized holes right next to each other here. One is a microphone for your phone, the other is the eject slot for the SIM card tray.
Now insert the sim eject tool into the small hole and apply a little force so that the sim card slot pops out of the case. Now insert the sim card into it. Here it is important that the card is oriented correctly. If the phone is facing up, the gold contacts will point upwards. In addition, the SIM card should also be aligned with the contour in the tray.
Then slide the sim card slot back into the case. This should go without much resistance.
You now know how to easily insert the sim card into the Samsung Galaxy S22, S22+ and S22 Ultra.
